Engulfment is a disordered depiction in which I insert my alter-ego in the chaos of my neurodivergent mind. I have taken my alter-ego and subjected her to physicalisations of my auditory hyperfixations, assessing the way in which my experiences affect her, and therefore being able to objectively assess their impact on myself.
